Introduction
MAXIMIZE YOUR PRODUCTION PLANNING RESOURCES
In this seminar, we will discuss a range of issues concerning maintenance functions and activities. You will learn to identify how your organization performs and documents its maintenance activities and how to improve your production, planning, and scheduling strategies. The class will explore planning techniques and special maintenance requirements for in-service and out-of-service airplanes. We also will cover production performance analysis, and you will learn how to apply the concepts.
